Agreement to these terms

Using this website or placing an order means accepting these terms in full. Anyone who does not accept them should not place an order. These terms apply alongside the privacy policy and the refund and return policy, which form part of the same agreement.

Who may order

Orders may be placed by anyone aged 18 or over who is able to enter a binding contract. Orders placed on behalf of a business or a client must be authorised by that business or client. Placing an order confirms that the buyer either controls the account being grown or has permission from the person who does.

What is being supplied

These are digital social media growth services. Depending on the package selected, an order delivers followers, likes or views to a nominated public account, page, post or video on Instagram, TikTok or Facebook.

Delivery is paced rather than instant. Estimated start and completion times are given in good faith and are not guaranteed to the minute, because delivery speed depends on platform conditions outside anyone's control.

No affiliation with the platforms

This service is independent. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or in any way officially connected to Instagram, Facebook, Meta Platforms, TikTok or ByteDance. All trademarks and product names belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe which platform a service applies to.

Each platform sets its own terms of service, and those terms may restrict artificial engagement. Buyers are responsible for deciding whether to use these services in light of the rules applying to their own account.

Buyer obligations

• Supply an accurate username, page URL or post link at checkout.
• Keep the account or post public throughout delivery.
• Avoid changing the username, deleting the post or switching to private while an order is running.
• Refrain from running orders through other providers on the same account at the same time.
• Never send account passwords or verification codes, which are never requested and will never be needed.

An order stopped by any of these is treated as delivered and is not redelivered or refunded.

Prohibited use

Orders must not be placed against accounts, pages or posts that:

• Belong to another person without their permission.
• Contain content that is unlawful in Australia.
• Promote hatred, harassment or violence against any person or group.
• Sexualise minors in any way, or otherwise relate to child exploitation.
• Are used for fraud, impersonation or deceptive commercial claims.
• Promote unlawful goods or services.

Orders of this kind are cancelled without delivery and without refund, and may be reported to the relevant platform or authority.

Pricing and payment

All prices are shown in Australian dollars and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is taken in full at checkout through third party payment providers. Prices may change at any time, and the price shown at checkout is the price that applies to that order.

Refunds

All sales are final. Refunds and returns are not available on any service sold here, for the reasons set out in the refund and return policy. Genuine service failures are remedied by redelivery or refill rather than by refund. Nothing in these terms excludes any consumer guarantee that applies under the Australian Consumer Law and cannot lawfully be excluded.

Results and expectations

These services deliver the quantities purchased. They do not guarantee any commercial outcome, including sales, brand partnerships, monetisation eligibility, follower retention beyond the stated guarantee window, or any particular level of organic reach.

Platforms adjust their systems constantly and periodically remove accounts they consider inactive. Some attrition is normal and is covered by the refill guarantee for the stated period, not indefinitely.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability for any claim connected to these services is limited to the amount paid for the order giving rise to the claim. No liability is accepted for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits, lost opportunities or loss of goodwill.

No liability is accepted for action taken by a social media platform against an account, including restriction, suspension or removal, since those decisions rest entirely with the platform.

Intellectual property

The content, layout and design of this website belong to the operator of this site. It may not be copied, republished or reproduced for commercial purposes without written permission.

Suspension of service

Access may be refused or withdrawn where these terms are breached, where fraudulent payment is suspected, where abusive behaviour is directed at support staff, or where a chargeback has been raised without first contacting support.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated at any time. The date shown at the top of the page reflects the most recent revision, and the version in force at the time an order is placed is the version applying to that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the Australian courts, and the parties agree to attempt resolution by direct correspondence before commencing proceedings.
